This function returns the normal distribution for the specified mean and standard deviation.
Syntax
NORM.DIST(x,mean,stdev,cumulative)
Arguments
This function has these arguments:

Arithmetic mean of the distribution |
stdev |
Standard deviation of the distribution Must be greater than zero. |
cumulative |
Set to TRUE to return the cumulative distribution function. Set to FALSE to return the probability mass function. |
Remarks
If mean = 0, stdev = 1, and cumulative = TRUE, this function returns the standard normal distribution, NORMSDIST.
Data Types
The x, mean, and stdev arguments accept numeric data. The cumulative argument accepts logical data. Returns numeric data.
